Welcome to Pre-SOMA's 2025 ShaDO Week! During this week, you will have the chance to meet with student leaders at various Osteopathic Medical Schools across the country to learn about what it means to be a DO, the life of a medical student and the ins and outs about their various schools. This will be an amazing opportunity for you to network and learn about the schools you may be applying to, or considering to apply to in the future. Please come eager to learn and ask questions, all of the student leaders would love to share everything they know and have learned! You will be able to attend virtual and in-person sessions depending on your availability. All information sessions will be recorded and will be accessible at the end of the week. We will be sending out reminders each day for the sessions that are scheduled for that day.

Pre-SOMA is a subcommittee of the National Student Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA), where our main mission is to connect with pre-meds, just like you, to help guide and help you on your journey to medicine. In addition to ShaDO week, we have other wonderful programming and events built to help provide you with the most relevant and helpful information to help you reach your goals of becoming a future physician.
